  • That Safe Happy Place Inside You
  • Falling Asleep Meditation -  Mallika Chopra is the narrator.  For this meditation you will be sitting in a chair with a straight back, both feet flat on the floor. Please note that the breathing she is explaining has a much longer out breath (exhale) than the in breath (inhale).  Suggest to them to pace themselves, as she will talk them through this ten times – it’s tricky so it takes a bit of practice.

  • Balloon Breath – (EYFS/KS1 and 2). Emiko Susilo is the adult reading the meditation.  This for younger children is best done lying down but can also easily be done sitting in a chair with a straight back and following the instructions. A good place for KS2 children to start so they are understanding the concept.
  • Navigating Stormy Seas with Cap’n Dreambeard
  •  Mountain Meditation –  This is narrated by a little girl called Lana and its what she does when she feels frustrated.
  • Blowing Candle Meditation –  This is narrated by Tamara Levitt an adult.  Be aware there are lots of long pauses in this one.
  • Be Brave with Nia –  This is narrated by Tamara Levitt an adult.  You will need a little bit of space to sway your arms and body.
