Music Plan

Guidance from the DfE states that all schools should have a music development plan, as set out in the national plan for music education.

Publishing a summary of their music development plan will help schools to:

• raise awareness of their music development plan
• promote the school music offer to parents and prospective parents
• give greater opportunity for schools and music hubs to work together

At Avening Primary School, we have worked with our local music hub who have provided template for our plan and who offer support and advice.  Please get in touch with the school office should you have any queries about our music offer.
