Extra-Curricular Clubs

Our wide range of after school clubs are run by an enthusiastic team of teachers, teaching assistants, volunteers and parents.

Clubs offered vary from term to term. These include football, tag rugby, hockey, netball, cricket, athletics, cross-country, Key Stage 1 multi-skills, drama, STEM, computing, mock-trial, recorders, Young Voices, orchestra, brass band and art.

In addition, the school runs a childcare option for parents - 'Kites' - which is lead by Mrs Woodman and Ms Aldhouse. Kites takes place from 3.15-5.30 pm, Monday to Thursday, and every morning from 7.45-8.35 am.

Football Training

Our football club were very lucky to have some football training with two players from Forest Green Rovers. Everyone had a great time and learnt some new skills.

The Living Rainforest

Year 2 Cluster Sports

The Year 2 children went to Brimscombe School for the annual cluster sports event.

Rounders Festival

The Hawks enjoyed a rounders festival at SWR. They were able to develop their skills and play some games. The festival was run brilliantly by the SWR Sports Leaders.

District Sports 2014

School Games Celebration Event

Some of the Hawks were lucky enough to perform their dance at the School Games Celebration Event at Gloucester Cathedral. They performed to hundreds of people and got to see some other fantastic groups.

Gymnastics Competition
